Dave Jones, PE
David’s 25 years of experience as an electrical engineer has culminated from his beginnings as a staff engineer. He designed power, lighting and fire alarm systems to his rise to the position of Principal and Senior Electrical Engineer in the newest minority owned MEP consulting firm in the central Indiana market. David’s hard work, determination and dedication to his team and most importantly, his clients, is what has driven David to become a leader in the consulting engineering industry and in the Indianapolis community.

Charlie Wilson, LEED AP
Charlie’s 40 years of experience in the architectural-engineering-construction industry ranges from his beginning as an architectural intern, to leading plumbing/fire protection/medical gas departments, to project management, taking architectural and engineering projects from inception, through design, construction and project closeout. Charlie’s commitment to the clients/owners has kept his role as a servant leader in high demand within multiple client markets including K-12, Higher Education, Community and Healthcare.

Gabe Currier, PE
Gabe draws on his 24 years of experience as a leader in the consulting engineering and HVAC equipment and controls industry to ensure that the quality of systems designed by Creative Engineering Solutions is at the highest level. He has unique experience with years of both mechanical consulting engineering and mechanical equipment and controls service, sales, and support. Because of Gabe’s experience on multiple sides of the mechanical/HVAC industry, his clients can be assured that the best available solutions are understood, recommended and employed.

Andres applies his education gained at Ivy Tech and his 8-years of experience in Mechanical BIM development and modeling to produce accurate and timely construction documents. He leverages his natural abilities to visualize mechanical systems in order to convey clear and understandable mechanical system designs.

In his personal life, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and friends, grilling out and watching the Indianapolis Colts.

Jon Robinson, PE
Jon has 23 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry with a vast range of experience in entrepreneurship, HVAC design, project management, business development, and engineering management within the private and public sector. Jon’s experience includes light commercial, K-12 schools, higher education, pharmaceutical and clean rooms, corporate, health care, and heavy industrial projects from schematic design and master planning through construction administration and project closeout. Jon excels at client relations and understanding client needs and wishes and delivering the best solution for each unique challenge presented. Jon enjoys travelling , woodworking, visiting craft breweries and is an avid fan of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club based in London.

Andrew Niemann brings over 10 years of experience working across K–12, higher education, and commercial building projects. His broad background allows him to understand the unique demands of each environment and deliver practical, well-informed solutions. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys riding his motorcycle, collecting and working on classic cars, and spending quality time with his family.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Justin brings a strong technical foundation and a diverse range of early-career experience to the team. Having contributed to projects across K–12 education, higher education, and healthcare environments.
Known for an energetic and ambitious approach, Justin is committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality results. His enthusiasm for problem-solving and collaboration makes him a valuable contributor to any project team.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys following Kentucky basketball and the Dallas Cowboys, as well as spending time on the golf course.

Gurman Rangi
Gurman Rangi has over three years of experience, specializing in designing and implementing electrical systems for K–12 and higher educational facilities. He possesses a strong understanding of power distribution, lighting design, and code-compliant infrastructures tailored to unique needs of academic environments. Known for his enthusiasm and deep passion for his work, Gurman consistently approaches projects with a high level of diligence, attention to detail, and commitment to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions. He regularly engages with clients and multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. His ability to balance technical expertise with client-focused services contributes to successful execution of projects from concept through completion. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Gurman enjoys staying active by both playing and watching a wide range of sports. He is a dedicated fan and avid supporter of the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.

Chris Huntley
Chris brings a unique blend of technical precision and legal acumen to his work as a Plumbing Designer. After graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, he earned his Juris Doctor before finding his way back to engineering. This distinctive path has sharpened his analytical thinking and attention to detail, which he brings to every plumbing design project. Outside of the office, Chris enjoys watching football and unwinding with a good book.

Known for his curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn, Luke approaches each project with enthusiasm, diligence, and a commitment to professional growth.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Luke values collaboration and enjoys working alongside multidisciplinary teams to support successful project execution. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball, and learning languages. He is also a dedicated supporter of the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs.
